MALAWI BAIL PROJECT
A pioneering initiative focused on empowering economically disadvantaged individuals with essential legal knowledge to navigate the bail application process effectively. Through strategic dissemination of information and targeted training sessions, the project aims to increase the approval rate of bail applications and alleviate the burden of prolonged pre-trial detentions in Malawi's overcrowded prisons.
